Odoo theme light customization

Odoo theme customization.
1: Images need to be enlarged. Width and height and a little closer to each other.
2: Categories written on the left must be a different form. So look a little better.
3: My Account, Sign In, My Cart should replace another better looking graphic. And maybe something on the right top header draw.
4: Tax Info must be displayed under product price on the product page where you add it to the shopping cart.
Example, VAT included plus shipping. This information must be noted.
This information is in the shopping cart but not visible before the purchase.
And finaly, I need an info button that is about half a cm high, and as wide as the website.
I could create this black info button myself originally from Odoo 15 Editor, but it is exhausting.
Simply black buttons or panels and wide like the website and tall like the font size.
You probably know that from a website that you want to buy something, you see an advertisement "free shipping only for today" this panel must not only be used for advertising but for optics, to look good.
