Need Discord Program Developer

Hello, I would like someone to create a program that works with the discord app (discord.gg).
This program should be able to auto reply to a person of your choice when they reply to your message. You should be able to set the discord user that you would like to reply to when they reply to your message. Lets say I set the program to auto reply to the user jake#1234. If I sent a message in a discord chat and jake#1234 uses the discord reply feature to reply to my message, the program should reply something back to the user jake#1234. The program should also allow you to set a timer before it auto replies after it detects a reply from jake#1234. Also the reply should not be sent instantly, it should have a line delay timer so that the responses look like they are being typed on the screen and not just copy and pasted in. The replies would be taken from a notepad text script, separated by empty lines. These replies should be in order from top to bottom of the text script. There should also be a loop setting where you can set it to 0 for infinite looping the text script or like if I put a number 3 it would loop the whole script 3 times before it stops the program. There should also be start and stop buttons for the program. The program should be able to work with two people using it, lets say me and my friend had the program installed on our computers and we set the program to auto reply to each other's discord users. Our discord accounts should be able to have an infinite loop conversation with each other with the corresponding delays. Also, the program should only work if the users have clicked in the discord text box. If the users are not clicked in the discord text box then the program should stop and give an error that they are not tabbed in to the discord.
The picture that is attached below is an example of what the program should look like. Obviously not with all the functions it has. But as you can see it has the looping function, line delay, and interval which is basically the timer of when each message should be sent. In our case, it is a timer for the program to auto reply to the set user after a reply is detected by the user you have set. Also it has the Start and Stop buttons and a big text box for the script.
