Minecraft my configurate and new mod

Hi, I'm playing minecraft version 1.7.10. I play modspack where there are 10 mods. I would like to create 2 custom mods, then I would like to modify the generation of one existing mod, and then I would like to configure minecraft itself, maybe disable the generation of DIA tools. I have Tutorial presentations. If anyone is interested, I can send them to them so that they know exactly what it is about.
