This is a medical follow-up booklet for pupils and students in my country. we have a physical medical record which already allows the medical follow-up of each student. it is this medical booklet that we want to transform into a digital monitoring system.
- The school doctor does the medical follow-up, he must connect to the platform with a doctor account.
- there will be several forms to fill in for medical follow-up, for example a form field for vaccination, form for medical consultations, miscellaneous care, fitness for sport
- there are no appointments, each school organizes medical visits.
- The student has an account where he finds the medical follow-up made by the doctor
- the parent has an account that allows him to follow the health of his child
