Kintone Workflow App Development

I need a proficient developer with solid experience in Kintone to create a workflow app for my business. We have a general outline/wish list and we’re hoping to work with someone who can help us see whether our goals are possible within Kintone and bring them to life.
We would like the app to serve as a “check in” station to create new “jobs” for our digital scanning company. From there, we would like it to track the whole lifecycle so we can see exactly what stage a file is at during any point in the production process.
1. Task Management: We expect to have less than 10 different tasks assigned, however, we would like to look into the capability of adding “subtasks” or categories.
2. Notification System: We would like certain users to be notified once various milestones occur in the flow.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience developing workflow apps in Kintone, with adeptness in managing tasks and implementing notification systems. The ability to think outside the box is a definite plus.
