Better than Google Calendar

I'm looking to hire someone to Create a Calendar for all my Boards on Monday that allows me to also me to adjust the time to my liking (Similar to Google's Calendar). I would also like to have a free range of colors so that I may color coordinate what the date are for. I have over 50 Boards and currently have 4 Monday Calendars I barley use because it's too much. I want something like Google without it being Google so that I can sync all Date Columns to ONE Calendar in Monday.com. My biggest issue right now is that I cannot add appointments as they last longer than 30 min. and this time cannot be adjusted. If anyone can help me with this please let me know. I'm hoping to find someone on here to make my dreams come true. If this cannot be done, I have a backup project idea. Thank you.
P.S. Side request: I will want a creative mind so that we can collaborate on practicality and aesthetics.
