We use a cloud-based application into which we upload attachments. Normally, these are PDF.
Attachments can be associated with a:
- Client
- Client Asset
- Client sub-Asset 1....n
In our instances of the application we have hundreds of clients. A client can have one asset or many. An asset can be singular in nature of have multiple "units".
The application does not have a back-up service.
