I need a care planning care rota/roster system
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
We have been in the Care Industry for 20 years and we have used many care rota systems with none that meet our requirements.
We need a care planning rota system designed that allows us to add all staff details and clients details such as important information, next of kin, important contact details e. g. GP, Nurses/other important health care professionals.
We need to be able to write and store the clients care plans, clients needs, risk assessments and reviews.
We need to be able to have the system on pc, tablet and mobile.
We need an app that is part of the system that allows our carers to log in and out of clients visits and carry out tasks that we can add to the system such as e. g. Full body wash, shower/bath, prepare meal, dress, undress, we can obviously give full details of all tasks or possibly the system can allow us to add as many as we need/require.
We also need to be able to have a Medication section to add medication e.g. electronic medication records eMAR so the Carers no what medication, dosage/what medication and how many times per day.
Clients can have 1 or 4 visits a day so all of the above regarding activities and medication need to be on each visit.
We need to be able to monitor the visits (live) to see where carers are and how long the have stayed at the visit etc.
