Sport app development requirements:
• The idea of the app that it will provide 3 main booking services for end user customers which are (personal coaches booking, venues booking, gyms and sport centers booking), the UI/UX design is available on Adobe XD file
App general requirements:
• connect all the gyms, sport clubs, sport venues, personal coaches in one place ( more than 150 partners minimum )
• app/website should have customer interface and partner interface
• app/ website offer to the customer ability to find the nearest sport center for his preferred sport whether it is swimming, football, fitness or gym
• customer can view all the options of the sport center so he can choose to only get a day pass or monthly membership or yearly membership
• customer can choose different plan for subscription based on the prices of every place
• customer can book a personal trainer to come to his house for training for any kind of sport
• customer can also book the sport venue for his sport activities and should be able to view the prices for every place
• Customers can rate the experience with a comment with any service provider other customers kind of you there if you rate for every service provider
Partners portal general basic requirements:
• partners should be able to login to the app/website from their partners page and should be able to view all the booking requests from the customers and should be able to confirm the booking request
• app should provide special offers, coupons and promo code and accept online payment and cash on site
• the app should have the check in process using QR code (especially for personal coaches)
• partners should have the ability to use their login through the partners portal to edit their schedules and their pricing plan, but they cant publish the new changes unless the approval from the admin.
Admin portal general requirements:
• admin should have the ability to see different types of analytics for the booking process and payment tracking
• should have the option off adding special offers and discount code
• integrate with other websites such as google analytics and social media for analytics and notification and marketing purposes
• The app notification should have the ability to integrate with WhatsApp or SMS and emails
• Scheduled publish ability should be available in admin portal
• Admin should have the flexibility to add banners and modify their positions and their title
• admin should have the flexibility to add a new scheduling concept to the partners based on their requirements and their prices
• the app source code should be clearly and neatly written with a clear comments and clarification for every part of the code so to be more easy to understand and more easy to maintain
