Small App development

I run a small catering company and need an app that helps me get more structure into my daily work:
Units, Food Items, raw materials, Inventory, storage, generate buying lists per week for example...

I want to start with a functional app. I have specific but very simple requirements to begin with. Once we have the basic app up and running I want to continue working on it with you and improve it along the way.
Design is not important right now! It should be functional first!

Technical requirements:
- Server solution
- Flutter technology
- Amazon server
- Mongo DB

I want to find a freelancer that can communicate well and is result-oriented.
I need this fast and am happy to pay a bonus for excellent work.
