Product / UX Architect to build a Smart Home Operations System (Not a services app)
Budget: $1,500 – $2,500 USD
We are not redesigning a home services app.
We are building a Smart Home Health & Operations System
that connects:
* The customer
* The home as an entity
* Technicians
* Water delivery drivers
* Operations, concierge, and management
The system includes:
* Intelligent diagnosis flows
* A complex order/state system
* Multi-role operational workflows
* Admin & operations dashboards
* Notification systems
* Financial and operational modules
This project is at the core product definition stage
(Vision → UX Architecture → System structure → User journeys → Full Figma prototype).
Your role is not to “design screens.”
Your role is to translate a deep product vision into a coherent, buildable system.
⸻
Your responsibilities
* Build the complete UX architecture
* Design service blueprints and operational flows
* Create complex user journeys for all roles
* Define and visualize system states and transitions
* Design the core system screens
* Deliver a clear, developer-ready Figma prototype
* Provide lightweight documentation for developers
⚠️ There is no coding in this phase. This is a product and UX architecture stage.
⸻
⚠️ Important before applying (Strict filtering)
This is not a UI redesign project.
We are building:
* A state-driven system
* Complex operational workflows
* Intelligent diagnosis logic
* Multi-role platforms (customer, technician, driver, admin)
* Real operational products, not marketing pages
❌ Do NOT apply if you:
* Focus mainly on colors and visuals
* Design landing pages or promo apps
* Have not worked on complex operational products
✅ Apply ONLY if you can:
* Design complex user journeys
* Build systems, not just interfaces
* Think in edge cases and real-world operations
* Work from deep product documents and turn them into real products
Deliverables for this phase
* Full UX architecture
* Service blueprint
* User journeys for all roles
* Core system screens
* High-fidelity Figma prototype
* Developer-oriented documentation
Mandatory application questions
Any proposal that does not answer these will be ignored.
Question 1 (Required):
Describe a product where you designed a complex system (not just UI).
What was your role in defining flows, logic, or system structure?
Question 2 (Core thinking test):
If you were asked to design a “Daily Home Health System” instead of a service-request app,
what are the first 3 screens you would design, and why?
Ideal profile
* Strong experience in UX / Product Design for systems, platforms, or SaaS
* Understands operations, not only visuals
* Strategic thinker, not just an executor
* Comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one product design
⸻
Budget
$1,200 – $2,500 depending on experience and depth.
We are not looking for the cheapest option.
We are looking for the right mind.
