Modular Hospital Workflow App (FlutterFlow) – Multi-Phase Build with Custom Form Builder

I am looking for an experienced FlutterFlow developer to build a modular, non-clinical hospital workflow application with multi-phase development. Core requirements include an employee-ID-based authentication system (with backend dummy emails), barcode-enabled profiles, granular per-user permissions, and a custom form/register builder with section-wise access control. Later phases cover leave management, an inventory and purchase approval pipeline, a cash fund approval system, and an internal chat module, with optional HIMS integration. The developer must provide Figma mockups, scalable backend architecture, and clear documentation.
