Modelling of prosthetic arm using Matlab

For this project, I am looking to create a app which helps to modelling of a prosthetic arm using Matlab. and there is a python code which is designed to use my self and you need to palace that code in the app.
The reference image is attach with this, I need a app which will run on laptop or desktop. the attached image shows the overview of the main window of that app. It should contain the parts of 3D prosthetic arm ( Part of left and right hand ). the reference prosthetic arm is available in "InMoov" website.
there should be parts like fingers, arm, below Elbow, above elbow and complete hand in that app where user can select the required part which has real hand picture and 3D arm (3D image).
My code need an separate window and it show run ( It measure the real time distance of the hand and arm) and the length should be shown in the window/screens.
