Mobile App UI / UX Designer needed

I am looking for a talented Mobile App UI/UX Designer who can create a visually stunning and user-friendly design for my Social Media / Community app. The app will be available on both iOS and Android platforms. But First priority will be Android.

Proposals without any links of past designs / experience will be ignored,
My personal preference is Figma, but I can overlook it for good portfolios
I have also attached a text file with example app link of what we going to create, we can also take inspiration from it, But we will have many more features than it.

Requirements:
- Experience in designing mobile apps with a focus on UI/UX
- Ability to create eye-catching and intuitive designs
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Strong communication skills to understand my ideas and provide input and suggestions
- Ability to work within a given timeline

Design Preferences:
- I have some ideas for the design but am open to input and suggestions from the designer
- The design should be modern, engaging, and easy to use
