The app provides marketing services to local retailers by linking them with community residents. Retailers should have the option to post their products/services descriptions, offers, etc. While the residents (members) should be able to search different services and get offers according to their preferences. The app will be used by the administration to provide several digital marketing programs such as sending a newsletter, a loyalty program, etc.
