Express Figma App Design

Hello I was wondering if you could make me a figma app in under four hours following these guidelines?
It's for a project
The app must include:
• At least 4 screens (frames):
Welcome Page
Sign-in Page (fields do NOT need to function)
Home Page
One additional page (e.g., Settings, Profile, Challenges)
Navigation Bar
• A clear app idea
You should be able to explain what the app does
• At least 2 interactive prototype:
Example: "Continue" button → navigates to next screen
"Home" Icon on Navigation Bar → Home page
• Simple and clean layout
Good spacing, limited colors, readable text
