I have an AppSheet app that is already connected to Google Sheets but still feels rough around the edges. I need your expertise to turn it into a polished, user-friendly tool that 1) captures data effortlessly, 2) processes it behind the scenes, and 3) returns clear, reliable reports.
Where I’m struggling: the current data-intake forms are cluttered, some validations are missing, and the integration with the sheet occasionally breaks. Views are out of order, actions overlap, and the bots I set up fire inconsistently, which confuses users and produces duplicate rows.
Your job is to refine every step of that flow—form design, view organisation, action configuration, and bot automation—so anyone can open the app, enter data once, and immediately see tidy results.

The app must save a complete record through a single pass of each form, display that record correctly in its related views, and distribute the compiled report without manual intervention. No errors should appear in the AppSheet editor’s “Monitor” panel after deployment.
