App Designer/Developer needed to design an app

An app developer/designer is needed to develop a design and wireframes for a future app to control the use of light and sound in neuromodulation. The tasks for the first stage include developing a flowchart, wireframes, and the design of each screen (consistent with our logo and the brand). The second stage includes a mockup of the app as a demo (clickable screens, but not the real functioning app that controls audio and light used for neuromodulation). The third stage is the development of the actual working app, which may be done by another developer of the same, depending on your capabilities. If you are a graphics/App designer and can only do the first two stages, that’s fine. We will employ another freelancer to program the app based on your mockup. However, if you have talents for both, that would be even better. If you are interested in bidding, please quote a fixed price for each stage.
