Apollo.io Email Sequence Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a fellow Apollo.io power-user to take my raw contact list and turn it into a fully automated marketing sequence. The flow should handle every common branch: if the prospect opens the email, follows a link, or stays silent for a set number of days, the next touch should change accordingly. Inside Apollo I also want inbox rotation enabled so the volume is spread safely across multiple connected mailboxes.
Subject-line A/B tests have to run in parallel on each step so we can quickly spot a winner and push lifts in open rates back into the main sequence.
Key things you’ll own:
• Building the step-by-step sequence in Apollo.io, attaching the right marketing templates I’ll provide.
• Wiring conditional logic for the three triggers I’ve flagged (opened, link clicked, no response).
• Activating inbox rotation and confirming daily send limits stay within safe thresholds.
• Setting up and monitoring subject-line split tests, then reporting performance so I can decide which variant to keep.
Everything lives inside my existing Apollo workspace; I’ll give you admin access along with the copy, target list, and timing rules. Once the sequence is live I’d like a quick loom walkthrough showing how you structured the logic, where to read the analytics, and how to swap templates in future.
If you’ve already built similar smart sequences in Apollo, let me know—screenshots or a short note on results will help me pick quickly.
