Apollo Email Outreach Specialist for US IT & SaaS Market

We are looking for an experienced Apollo.io Email Campaign Specialist to run outbound campaigns targeting the US IT, SaaS, Cloud, AI, and Technology market.

You must be strong specifically in Apollo — list building, contact filtering, sequence setup, deliverability basics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Build targeted lead lists in Apollo for the US market (CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, VPs Engineering, Founders, etc.)

Set up and manage cold email sequences inside Apollo

Create clean, sharp outreach copy for US prospects

Handle domain warm-up inside Apollo

Maintain list hygiene and validate contacts

Share weekly reports (opens, replies, positive leads)

Requirements

Must have strong hands-on experience with Apollo.io

Experience running campaigns for US-based IT/SaaS companies

Understanding of US tech buyer personas

Ability to work with clean segmentation & filters

Good English writing skills for email copy
