5 variables API creation for communication between Eshop and Desktop application

We have an Eshop and we would like to connect with our bank in order to capture the initial payment on a daily basis and to make full or partial refunds if necessary.
We are going to create desktop bot application with Python to do the 2 functions: capture & refunds
At a start in order to implement the bot, we will import an excel with the variables.
Once we succeed, we will connect the Eshop with the bot through an API.
Αt a first stage in order to create the API, we will insert manually the variables needed in the eshop and the bot will connect to with the API to this variables, do his job and send the status (success / failure).
So, we should create in the Eshop:
A page for Captures with 10 lines and following columns:
Order Number / Transaction ID / Amount
We will be able to fill as many rows as we want
A page for Refunds with 10 lines and following columns:
Order Number / Transaction ID / Amount to Refund / Reason
After process, the bot should return a status via API with each and a success status YES/NO
