track leads and sales commissions

Hello, I am looking to hire someone to help me track both online and offline leads, as well as the associated sales commissions. I do not currently have a preferred method of tracking sales commissions, however I need to have them tracked daily. The successful freelancer will need to be able to use their own resources or create a custom software or spreadsheet in order to track these leads and commissions as needed. This will potentially require integration with other systems that might already be in place, and they must be able to work with those systems to ensure accuracy. The freelancer will be required to meet certain requirements, as well as provide regular progress updates so I can keep up to date on the project. I am open to suggestions on any additional tracking methods that could help better serve my purpose.
