I require someone with a knowledge in executive decks and cyber security space

I have the story and I have the template but I don’t know how to put in a perfect executive deck. I work for API Security and looking in to hire someone contractor or full time based on their expertise. I want to come mostly what target state is, the POC use cases and comparison with the current state and gaps.
