I need a developer to program a website for fintech industry. Would allow user to buy and sell stocks in a real time game. Have built previously on android and apple but PC should be better to work on all smart phones

Would like to build a real time stock trading app that can be used on PC and thus can perform on android or apple. Would like players to be able to compete with eachother and make mock investments in realtime.
Would like social interactions with other players. Would need to have everything connect to a backend database that can store all the information. I previously built mobile app version but have been unable to get apple to accept the game.
