I need a Sentry-Postgres-Mailchimp Automation

For more context, Sentry picks up what people are entering on the front end of our web app during the signup process. I need this checked against what is already in the database (to see if the sign-up was successful), and then depending on whether or not it was a successful or an unsuccessful sign-up, then subscribe them to Mailchimp and tag them with different tags, so that each person gets the right email sequence sent to them.
