Online booking platform, lacking features. Need a solution for automation.
The problem:
when creating a services and selecting individual staff that can perform the service’s, the staff “individual time” cannot be adjusted according to their speed.
Example:
Service for hair cut is 30 minute (which mean all hairstylist must cut in 30 minute)
but in reality, hairstylist A will cut in 20 minute. Hairstylist B will cut in 40 minute and Hairstylist C will cut in 30 minute.
When that happen, some tech will be too fast or too slow, but the script cannot adjust time for each services.
Need solution:
Services Apple 1
technician 1, 30 minute
Technician 2, 50 minute
technician 3, 30 minute
— meaning each services, I need an option to change the time for each individual staff automatically as customer have completed their booking.
We do not want to create multiple same services for different tech, this will create too much on the booking menu to confuse people.
Get timely does have zapier API access (not sure if we can do something). (we were able to gain full api access before, but the coder is no longer reachable). We will provide you with a paid login.
Maximum budget, 750$
timeline, 2 week.
after its completed, i will test out the script or software. After its 100% satisfied, all 100% of the fund will be released at 1 time.
