Project: Fix & Optimize eBay Listing Automation (Make + ChatGPT + Airtable)
Hi!
I’m using Make.com to automate eBay product listings. I have a working flow that uses ChatGPT to generate inventoryItem and offer JSONs from Airtable data, and then sends them to the eBay API using HTTP modules.
Right now, I’m running into errors like:
Error 25002 – No item.Country exists
and other validation errors during the publishOfferByInventoryItemGroup step.
What I need:
• Review and fix the structure of both JSONs (inventoryItem & offer)
• Ensure they fully match eBay’s latest API requirements
• Remove any empty/invalid fields and enforce required ones
• Make the automation production-ready and clean
• Guide or improve error handling in Make if needed
Tech Stack:
• Make.com (formerly Integromat)
• eBay Sell API
• Airtable
• ChatGPT (used to generate the JSONs)
Budget: $30–$100 depending on scope & complexity.
I’m ready to share the current scenario, JSON payloads, and error logs.
