eBay to Knack App Sales Data Automation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of an automation specialist familiar with Selenium, Zapier or Make.com. The task involves pushing and pulling most LIVE sales data from eBay.com into my Knack app.
The idea is to completely remove the need to use eBay's seller hub website for finding information. We also use ebay to purchase items and need to have that data imported into the app.
Purpose of Data:
The primary purpose of this data transfer is for customer service/sales tracking, automate purchase order information, and move the following information to knack:
Order statuses of our customers orders
returns
cancellations
cases or requests
new purchases(we're the buyer)
customer shipping tracking numbers(we're the seller)
purchase shipping tracking numbers(we're the buyer)
Active listing data that refreshes as changes happen on ebay(price, quantity, sku, available quantity, sold quantity and current status[active, unsold, ended])
Offers(we're the buyer)
Offers(we're the seller)
Shipping cost information as it becomes available
Payment information(if available in api from ebay)
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Make.com, Zapier or Selenium
- Experience with eBay data and API
- Familiarity with Knack app
- Automation expertise
- Customer service data analysis
- Efficiently design code to minimize the number of records within knack
We will handle the knack app design if there are any areas needing built out. Ideally this information/integration would be pushed into Zapier so we can manipulate the data in a way we're familiar with.
