Zerodha Daily Trade Limit Automation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want a small program that plugs into Zerodha’s Kite Connect API and enforces strict daily discipline when I trade one lot of Bank Nifty futures. Each morning the system should let me place (or it can place) a single position only. As soon as that position hits either –₹1,000 or +₹2,000, it must square off automatically. The moment the square-off happens, a kill switch blocks every further F&O order for the rest of the trading session; order placement has to become impossible until the next market day, when the counters reset by themselves.
No e-mail or SMS alerts are necessary, and I will handle any other discretionary rules manually, so the logic above is all the automation I need.
Deliverables
• Clean, well-commented source code that calls Zerodha Kite Connect to check P&L in real time, place/exit the trade, and toggle the kill switch.
• A brief read-me explaining the required API keys, environment setup, and how the daily reset is achieved.
• Demonstration (video or live session) showing the kill switch locking orders after the first trade is closed under either limit.
