Zapier–TeamUp Automated Notifications

I use TeamUp as my primary calendar and I want every new activity in it to trigger both an email and an SMS, all handled through Zapier. The core of the job is to set up Zaps that watch the calendar and immediately send out messages that include the event’s date, time and location pulled straight from the TeamUp entry.

You’ll guide me on the exact trigger points inside TeamUp (new event, edits, cancellations—whichever Zapier supports best) and then build:

• One or more Zapier workflows linking TeamUp to my chosen email service and an SMS gateway such as Twilio or a comparable Zapier-ready option.
• Message templates that automatically merge the event details I specified (date, time, location).
• A short round of live testing so we both see the emails and texts arrive exactly when and how they should.

Everything has to run hands-free once the Zaps are on, so clear documentation of the steps and any API keys you touch will be the final piece.
