Zapier ServiceTitan-Slack Automation Build

I need a Zapier workflow that automatically moves every photo, video, job summary and estimate generated by one specific technician in ServiceTitan directly into our dedicated Slack channel, “job-testing.”
The flow should:
• Detect new items in the technician’s ServiceTitan account, including all file attachments and written summaries.
• Post each item to Slack with the original filenames, timestamps, and any notes attached in ServiceTitan so the context is never lost.
• Run reliably without duplication or missed events, even when multiple files arrive at once.
Once the Zap is live, I’ll rely on you to test edge cases, troubleshoot anything that breaks, and fine-tune filters or formatter steps so only that technician’s data appears. Please document every step clearly—trigger settings, paths, filters, and fallback logic—so I can maintain the automation myself later.
