Zapier LemonSqueezy-BookVault Automation

I already have my print book title set up in BookVault, and the sales page lives in LemonSqueezy; the missing piece is a Zapier flow that picks up a paid order in LemonSqueezy and drops everything BookVault needs for automatic fulfillment.

Here’s the gap: BookVault expects data that LemonSqueezy does not pass by default. At minimum, I must feed BookVault the buyer’s email address and full mailing address, and I’m open to your advice on any other fields that would make fulfilment smoother (for example, phone number or country-specific metadata).

Note: There is already a LemonSqueezy variant of the same book (with a different format) linked to Bookfunnel to fulfill Audiobook orders. Take care not to break that separate order flow.

What I need you to do
• I have created a Zap whose correctness is suspect. Feel free to delete it and create a new Zap.
• Add the required custom fields to the LemonSqueezy checkout form so the buyer supplies the extra details right at purchase.
• Build the Zapier workflow: LemonSqueezy Order Created → Formatter/Lookup steps if needed → Webhook (or BookVault app if released) to create the BookVault order with all the correct information collected.
• Map and test every field so a live, paid order in LemonSqueezy instantly appears in BookVault, ready to print, with zero manual touch.
• Provide a quick walkthrough or short Loom video so I can maintain or tweak the Zap later.

Acceptance criteria
• A successful end-to-end test order shows up in my BookVault dashboard with the correct product, name, email, shipping address, and any extra fields you recommend.
• Checkout flow in LemonSqueezy remains smooth and on-brand.
• Clear documentation of any custom code, webhook endpoints, or field mappings (I have seven more books to set up later).
