Zapier Caller-ID–ReadyMode Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have the full API documentation for both Caller ID Reputation and ReadyMode and I’d like a Zapier-based flow that keeps our dialer clean in real time. Whenever Caller ID Reputation flags a number as spam, the automation must immediately hit the ReadyMode API and:
1. Delete the number
2. Disable the number
3. Replace the number with a clean alternative
Those three actions need to fire logically from the event payload you receive, with proper error handling, roll-back logic if a call list is locked, and concise logging (Zapier Storage or a lightweight external log is fine). Webhooks, REST calls, and Zapier’s Code/Storage actions are all on the table so long as the result is fast and reliable; if you run into Zapier limits, feel free to propose a small custom step that still keeps the whole thing managed inside Zapier.
What I’ll use to sign off the project:
• I can flag a test number in Caller ID Reputation and see the chosen action reflected in ReadyMode within seconds.
• A short README explaining the Zap structure, authentication, and where to adjust thresholds or add more actions later.
When you reply, point me to one or two similar API or Zapier automations you’ve shipped and give me a rough timeline plus your cost estimate.
