Project Title: Wordpress/Chatbot User Access and Interaction Limitation System
#Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced WordPress backend developer to implement a secure user entitlement and session control system for a fully functional website integrated with a chatbot powered by CustomGPT.
The platform consists of:
• A WordPress website with user authentication (login system)
• Individual user-based access, where registered users (e.g. scholars) are assigned per organisation (e.g. school) and access the platform via unique credentials linked to a designated embedded CustomGPT chatbot

#Key Project Objectives
• This project must be built following a CustomGPT-first architecture:
- WordPress acts as the enforcement and entitlement layer
- CustomGPT handles chatbot interaction

Note CustomGPT does NOT provide per-user usage limits natively. Therefore, all limitation logic must be implemented on the WordPress backend.
• Fully working limitation system:
- 1 session/day
- 30 sessions/month
- 15-minute daily session
- 5 queries per daily session
- 150 queries/month

• Functional Requirements – User experience layer:
- Popup notifications
- Monthly reset system

• Multi-Chatbot/Multi-Group Support/Multiple Users
- System must support multiple chatbots with multiple users

• Must be built as a WordPress plugin or backend module
• Must apply automatically to:
- All existing users
- All future users

Must include:
• Server-side enforcement
• Secure API handling (no exposed keys)
• Monthly reset (WP-Cron)
Must prevent:
• Refresh bypass
• Re-login bypass
• Multiple concurrent sessions
