WordPress (Knowledge Base + Formidable Forms PlugIn) Integration to Website & CRM
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
We are hiring an experienced WordPress developer or development agency to implement a Knowledge Base and Formidable Forms on our WordPress website, build intake forms with automated score/point calculators, and integrate form submissions with our custom web application / CRM via API/webhooks.
If any body has already built-in solution with open source, we can consider.
The goal is to publish a structured Knowledge Base, capture qualified leads through intake forms, automatically calculate eligibility/points based on user answers, and push the submission + score results into our CRM.
Scope of Work
1. Knowledge Base (WordPress)
Install and configure a Knowledge Base plugin
Create categories, core pages, and search
Public and/or restricted access setup
Basic branding and SEO-friendly URLs
2. Intake Forms (Formidable Forms)
Build intake/assessment forms with validations and conditional logic
Add consent, spam protection, and confirmation messages
Capture basic tracking data (source, referrer, etc.)
3. Score / Point Calculators
Automated score calculation based on form answers
Conditional scoring rules (points added based on selections)
Display total score (and breakdown if possible)
Optional eligibility result (e.g., eligible / not eligible)
Admin-editable scoring rules (preferred)
4. CRM / Web App Integration
Send form data + calculated scores to our CRM via API/webhooks
Field mapping, secure transfer, and error handling
Coordinate with our technical team if needed
