Wix ChatGPT Word PMI Application Generator

I run a Wix-based business site and I want visitors to leave with a fully-formatted Word document that serves as their PMI application.
Here is the journey I have in mind:

1. On a dedicated form I will ask for Country, Company Name, Industry and Program Name. Those four fields are all I need from the visitor; everything else should be filled in by ChatGPT.

2. As soon as the form is submitted, a Velo backend function should call the ChatGPT (GPT-4) API, feed it the captured data and a pre-written prompt, then receive polished text for every section required in a standard PMI application.

3. Your code must take that text and programmatically create a .docx file—complete with cover page, personal details, work-experience style narratives and any other PMI-specific sections—so the final output looks like a professionally prepared “complete application in Word format.”

4. The document should be delivered instantly: either as an automatic download link on the thank-you page and/or as an email attachment to the address the visitor supplies.

5. I want everything built natively in Wix (Velo + HTTP functions). No external servers; use secure Wix Secrets Manager for API keys.

Acceptance criteria
• Form collects the four stated fields and nothing additional.
• Client pays a fee
• ChatGPT content matches the structure of an official PMI application.
• Generated .docx opens flawlessly in Microsoft Word.
• End-to-end process (submit → download/email) takes ≤30 seconds.
• All code handed over with brief setup notes so I can maintain it myself.
