I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a vulnerability scanner specifically for Windows. The scanner should focus on detecting configuration vulnerabilities, particularly in OS hardening methods.
Key Requirements:
- Scan and detect security flaws, misconfigurations and configuration vulnerabilities: system settings, password policies, user permissions
- Uses benchmarks like HIPPA, ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks and microsoft security guidelines
- Generate a report that lists all detected vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, gives suggestion on how to fix them based on OS hardening recommendations
