Whatsapp chatbot with Zenvia API + external APIs + Sirena

Im searching for a professional who can build a WhatsApp bot with Zenvia API.
We have 4 options in this bot:
1 - Account Creation
2 - Deposit
3 - Withdrawn
4 - Chat with us
The API have Swagger and a good written manual. the 3 and 4 option will be human based chat response, but the 1 and 2 needs to be automated using our API.
Option 1 will be a simple DB insert, because we need to have a bot to do this manually.
Option 2 will be generated by a REST request to my API.
Option 3 and 4 will need a API connection with any multi agent chat (Sirena)
