WhatsApp Sales & Reminder Automation

I need an end-to-end automation that sends three kinds of WhatsApp messages—sales receipts right after purchase, expiry-date reminders at preset intervals, and status updates pulled from / pushed to my database. The data currently lives in a Google Sheet, so the workflow must read each new row, personalise the message, fire it through the official WhatsApp Business or Cloud API, then write back delivery status automatically. No manual intervention should be necessary on the data side.

The solution has to run safely across multiple WhatsApp numbers. That means clean template management, proper user opt-in, and strict adherence to every WhatsApp T&C so none of the numbers get flagged or banned. If you prefer Twilio, Vonage or direct Meta Cloud calls, I am open, as long as it remains 100 % compliant.
