WhatsApp File Flow Tracking Solution

I need a small system that lets me see exactly what happens to every file I push through WhatsApp—whether it is a document, image, or video. The moment I hit send, I want to watch its journey: when it shows up as “sent”, flips to “delivered”, and finally reaches “read”, each stage stamped with the exact time.

I do not need a full-blown CRM; just a lightweight, accurate tracker that logs the three core statuses (sent, delivered, read) in real time and stores them in a simple report or dashboard I can export.
