WhatsApp Cloud API Setup – Broadcast, Button Chatbot, Google Sheets, Scheduling (Open Source)

Description

We are an India-based B2B company providing EOT Crane services & spares.

We need a freelancer to set up Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (official) for outgoing broadcast messaging, button-based auto replies, and automatic data capture into Google Sheets.
The solution must be open-source, scalable, and future-ready.

We already own a GoDaddy domain but do not have hosting — hosting & deployment must be included.

Key Requirements

WhatsApp Cloud API integration (Meta official)
Broadcast messages using approved templates
Button-based chatbot (rule-based, no AI now)
Chatbot should ask questions and store answers in Google Sheets
Scheduled / milestone-based messages (AMC, service due, reminders)
Initial contacts: 5,000, scalable to 25,000
Basic inbox to view replies (full CRM not required now)
1 month handholding & support

Backend: Node.js / Python / PHP
Frameworks: Express / FastAPI / Laravel (community)
Database (if required): MySQL / PostgreSQL
Scheduling: Cron / open-source tools

Hosting: Linux-based (Ubuntu preferred)
