WhatsApp Cloud API Remote Setup

I am ready to give you temporary access through AnyDesk or TeamViewer—whichever you find more convenient—to configure the WhatsApp Cloud API while keeping my credentials completely private.

What is already in place:
• An active Meta Developer account is set up and verified.
• A dedicated phone number has been reserved exclusively for this WhatsApp Business instance.

Your task is to guide the whole configuration live on the remote session, including:

1. Creating (or correctly adjusting) the Meta Developer App.
2. Linking the dedicated phone number to the WhatsApp Business Account inside Meta Business Suite.
3. Adding a System User with the required roles and permissions.
4. Generating a long-lived (Permanent) Access Token.

At the end of the session I need these three items handed back so I can plug them straight into my third-party application:

• Phone Number ID
• WABA ID
• Permanent Access Token

I will stay connected the entire time to approve any security prompts from Meta. If you have prior experience with Meta’s Graph API limits, number verification quirks, or two-factor hurdles, please mention it in your proposal. The work is complete once outgoing test messages can be sent through the API using the credentials you generate.
