WhatsApp Business Setup & Integration

I need a specialist to take me from zero to fully operational on WhatsApp Business. The first milestone is to open and verify a new WhatsApp Business Account under my company name, secure Meta’s approval for the expected order-processing volume, and configure the display name, messaging templates and phone number inside Facebook Business Manager.

Once the account is live, I want it wired to my existing database so that shipping updates are triggered automatically. Whenever an order status changes, a call from my system should fire a pre-approved WhatsApp template to the customer without manual intervention. I am flexible on stack—Node, Python, PHP or direct webhooks—so long as the solution is clean, documented and easy for my in-house developer to maintain.

Deliverables
1. Verified WhatsApp Business Account, approved for order-processing use.
2. Production-ready integration script or microservice that listens to my database events and sends automated shipping updates.
3. Clear hand-off documentation covering API keys, webhooks, environment variables and template management.
