WhatsApp Business–Facebook Integration

I need my existing Facebook presence fully connected to my WhatsApp Business account so customers experience a single, seamless channel. The job covers three pillars:

• Automation – Set up the official WhatsApp Business API (or another Meta-approved provider) so automatic welcome messages, order-confirmation notices, and customer-support replies are triggered without delay.

• Synchronisation – Make sure contacts and chat histories stay in sync between Facebook and both WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp Mobile. When a user sends a message on one platform, I want the record mirrored instantly on the other.

• Custom chatbot – Build and deploy a lightweight bot that can answer common questions, route complex queries to a live agent, and update its responses from a simple dashboard.

Acceptance criteria
1. Messages fire correctly for all three automated scenarios and are logged in the Facebook inbox.
2. New or updated contacts on Facebook or WhatsApp show identical data within 60 seconds.
3. The chatbot responds within two seconds and hands off to a human on request.
4. All functionality works on WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp Mobile, with clear deployment notes so I can reproduce it later.
