WhatsApp Business API Setup

I need a specialist to get a fresh WhatsApp Business API (WABA) account up and running so I can start running marketing campaigns right away. I already have the Facebook Business Manager and phone number ready; what I’m missing is the full API onboarding, verification, and basic template configuration.

Scope of work
• Guide me through Facebook Business verification and number registration
• Activate the WABA account, ensuring it is production-ready (Green Tick is a plus)
• Configure at least three sample message templates suitable for marketing campaigns—think promotional offers or product updates—so I can submit them for approval quickly
• Provide clear instructions (or Postman collection) on how to send and monitor broadcasts through the API once everything is live

Acceptance criteria
1. The WABA account appears as “Connected” in Business Manager, with messaging limits visible.
2. I can send a test marketing template message to my own number without errors.
3. All setup steps and API endpoints are documented so I can replicate the process on additional numbers later.
