I need an expert who can take my existing Facebook Business Manager account and turn it into a fully-operational WhatsApp Business API instance. Everything is still at square one: the phone number has never been registered, no Meta Cloud or on-premise stack has been spun up, and I have not submitted any verification documents. Your job is to walk me through—or, ideally, execute—the entire onboarding sequence so I end up with a live, verified WhatsApp Business profile that can send and receive template and session messages.
Key steps I expect you to cover:
• Configure the WhatsApp Business platform (Meta Cloud or self-hosted) and link it to my Business Manager.
• Complete business verification and phone number registration, making sure the display name is approved.
• Generate and secure the Business API credentials, webhooks and access tokens.
• Run a quick test (Postman, curl, or preferred SDK) to confirm message delivery both ways.
Optional but appreciated: basic guidance on managing templates, quality rating, and adding additional numbers later.
