WhatsApp Bulk Messaging System

I need a straightforward system that lets me broadcast plain-text messages to large lists of WhatsApp users and then read and reply to any incoming responses myself.

Here is exactly what I’m after:

• Message type – text only. The platform must reliably deliver standard WhatsApp text messages. If the underlying architecture can be expanded to images or video later, that’s a bonus, but today the focus is text.

• Recipient lists – I will upload a file (CSV or XLSX) containing phone numbers. The system should validate the numbers, flag duplicates, and show me a clean count before sending.

• Responses – I do not need chat-bots or auto-replies. I only want every user reply to appear in an inbox or panel where I can read and answer manually.

A simple web dashboard is preferred: one page to upload the list, compose the message, start or schedule the blast, and a second page to view replies. Please build with whatever stack you’re most comfortable with—Node.js, Python, PHP, or a no-code solution that talks to the WhatsApp Business API—all fine as long as it is stable, complies with WhatsApp terms, and can be hosted on a standard VPS.

Deliverables:
1. Fully working code or no-code workspace with install/hosting instructions
2. Brief user guide covering list upload, sending, and viewing replies
3. Short hand-over call or video walkthrough
