WhatsApp Broadcast Automation Tool

I need a small, self-hosted tool that automatically sends scheduled or event-driven WhatsApp campaigns to my existing broadcast lists. Each campaign must accept both plain text and attached media (images or short videos) and push them out without manual intervention.

The workflow I have in mind is simple: I drop a CSV or JSON file—or type directly into a lightweight web form—with the message body, any media URL, the target broadcast list, and the desired send time. Your code then handles media upload, personalisation tags, dispatch, and delivery confirmation. A concise dashboard or CLI should let me create, edit, and monitor campaigns and download basic delivery reports.

• Source-available script or micro-service that uses the official WhatsApp Business API or another compliant gateway (no browser automation).
• Support for multiple broadcast lists, high-volume sending, and throttling that keeps the account in good standing.
• Installation guide plus one-click deploy script for my Ubuntu VPS.
• Quick video or live walkthrough proving a text-only and a multimedia campaign reach my test list, with status metrics recorded.

Once the test campaign lands successfully on my phone and the report shows the correct delivery stats, the job is done. Clean, well-commented code and clear documentation are essential so I can maintain the solution after handover.
