WhatsApp Auto-Reply Setup

I need to put a simple yet reliable auto-reply system on my WhatsApp account so every time a customer service inquiry comes in the sender receives an immediate, helpful response. The goal is to acknowledge the request, give basic information (e.g., “Thanks, we’ve received your message—our team will be back in X hours”), and log the interaction for follow-up.

If you prefer working with the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Twilio, or another approved gateway, just let me know which you recommend and why. I am fine with either a lightweight Python or Node.js script, a no-code/low-code solution, or a small cloud function—whichever keeps things stable and easy to maintain.
