WhatsApp API Automation Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need the full WhatsApp Business API stack configured around a new virtual number so I can run marketing campaigns directly from my CRM. The core goal is to automate three message types—promotional offers, product updates and event invitations—and have them reach contacts through reliably approved template messages.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• A fresh virtual number registered and verified for the WhatsApp Business API, including any Facebook Business verification steps that are required.
• API endpoints activated and documented so my developers can trigger sends from the CRM.
• Ready-to-use template messages for the three campaign categories, each submitted and approved.
• An automation flow that links the CRM to WhatsApp—new or updated contacts should sync automatically and receive the appropriate campaign sequence without manual intervention.
• Basic hand-off session that shows me how to add future templates and monitor delivery metrics.
Please set everything up in a way that scales; I want to be able to segment lists, schedule blasts and track replies from inside the CRM with no additional manual work once the wiring is complete.
